This blog was created by Rebecca in October of 2008 to provide a creatively-charged atmosphere for mamarazzi of all skill levels. Our 25 contributors all shoot with a DSLR - some have, or currently are shooting professionally, others are just beginning their quest into learning how to shoot in manual & post-process their photos. Our goal is to inspire and learn from each other - to appreciate each other's unique styles & perspectives and to celebrate our common love for beautiful pictures.
We contribute to a theme per month. Themes are subjects that can be interpreted creatively by the photographer; the goal is to capture 1 - 2 photos relating to the theme. While our roster on this blog is currently full, we love to have others join us in our monthly themes. Every month we post Mr. Linky for 1 week to allow our mamarazzi friends to participate - and at the end of each month, we vote on our favorite, which is then posted to our site!
